BauService H35

In order to make building construction in Gera easier we have set up the construction-service office BauService H35 on the first floor of the already established city-service office StadtService H35 in Heinrichstraße 35. Shortly after its 1st anniversary, the StadtService was complemented with this additional service office. Opening hours of the BauService are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm (during these hours, it is also possible to access files).
We provide construction service for customers of the city administration from one central point. Building owners used to have to approach up to eight different divisions at different locations depending on their request, but now they have one partner who takes care of all his requests from a single location. A member of the service team works on your request in close contact with the department in charge, provides information and help as well as counselling.

The new BauService office works with reliable experts from the departments of the Central Department of Construction and Environment as well as Business- and Administration Management. Already prior to a building application, the BauService offers professional counselling for building owners of larger or smaller buildings in order to process all following applications and procedures without any delay or complications. Building owners can forward 16 different building applications to the BauService.

Some of those applications are:
- applications for planning-permissions
- applications for omittance of inspection and supervision by the Building Control Authority
- termination certificates as per German property-ownership law
- building encumbrances
- permissions concerning building-restoration law
- permissions concerning the laws on cultural-heritage management
- site displacements
- logging permissions
- home address
- applications for various support programmes by the financial support for building houses, for the cultural-heritage management, the city re-construction in East Germany, and for alternative energy sources
After the first pre-inspection, all applications are dealt with in the responsible departments. Additionally, all construction-relevant documents like permissions, notifications of charges and notifications subject to public law are centrally forwarded by the BauService. We also provide more services: our team takes your demolition notifications and requests, they sell analogue and digital cartographic material and measured data on traffic, and they arrange your first consultation for all larger building projects or give you access to the electronic construction files. They also provide flyers, information material and blank forms.
