As a modern and citizen-oriented administration office we offer you guidance through any administration that might appear to be an intransparent jungle and we help you solve your problems and requests swiftly and unbureaucratically. We see that for administrative affairs to be transparent it takes precise information, counselling, and the rendering of services. On the websites of the link "City Administration A-Z" you find information on which request belongs in which department.

Your central and easily accessible contact point is the H35: Our team of the city service Stadtservice H35 in Heinrichstraße 35 together with the construction service BauService are very happy to give you all the information and help you need, either face-to-face or via phone or internet from Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday, 8am-6pm. The friendly team answer your questions and take care of your requests, applications, suggestions and all other issues in a two-shift system every day. Many requests can be taken care of immediately in the office; all others will be forwarded to the responsible department for completion, which you will not be charged for. StadtService, BauService and the honorary office on Kornmarkt offer centrally managed services, direct means of communication and fast processing of your requests.

Since the honourary office became part of city sponsorship, the new office on Kornmarkt 7 now allows an even closer network and co-ordination for the divisions Agenda 21, Seniors’ Office, Volunteers’ Agency, the contact for support groups and the Seniors’ Office for fast and direct response to the citizens’ requests.
