StadtService H35 – our city-service office

Dear citizens and guests of Gera,
If you have any questions or requests addressed to the city administration, if you request a new identity card or driver’s licence, if you need a second income-tax card, want to de-register or modify the details of your trade… or have any other requests: We provide the service for you in our centrally located city-service office StadtService H35 opposite the central bus and tram station in Heinrichstraße.
The office allows you to save time by approaching only one central point. Many requests can be taken care of immediately in the office from Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday, 8am-6pm, either face-to-face or via phone or internet. All requests, that can’t be taken care of right there, will be forwarded to the responsible department for completion and you will not be charged. Please see the bottom of this page for further details on our services.
