Objecting to the disclosure of information to groups in the population register
If you do not want your own data to be your own data to be passed on to parties, voter groups, the press or radio, you can object to your data being disclosed or passed on.

You have the option of objecting to the transmission of your own data to
- the sponsors of election proposals (parties, voter groups and individual candidates) in connection with general elections and votes
- the press and radio as well as members of parliamentary and municipal representative bodies on anniversaries of age and marriage
- directory publishers
without giving reasons. The objection means that your data will not be passed on.
The objection is valid until you revoke it.
You can apply for the information block at the registration authority responsible for your place of residence.
It is only valid for this registration authority.
No prerequisites need to be fulfilled.
Please submit an informal application.
There are no fees.
Information blocks are usually processed immediately.
