Organization

The Organization department is responsible for all organizational issues of the city administration. The organization (structures), procedures (processes) and, for example, necessary personnel requirements all play a role here.

In order to achieve goals and strategies and to fulfill tasks economically, the administrative management requires comprehensive information in order to be able to manage accordingly. This is where administrative controlling comes into play, which records and analyzes all the necessary administrative data and draws up recommendations. The Organization department is responsible for the introduction and further development of administrative controlling.

This department is responsible for drawing up and defining general regulations (service instructions) for efficient work that affect the entire administration.
