Notarization of paternity and/or joint parental custody / maintenance

The notary responsible at the Youth Welfare Office will take your declarations regarding

1. paternity (including prenatal paternity)
2. joint parental custody (including prenatal custody) and the maintenance obligation 
3. and thus helps you to achieve the corresponding

legal relationships with the child and, if applicable, the other parent. Depending on the notarization scenario, various documents are required for preparation, which you can find in the legal relationships with the child and, if applicable, the other parent and before the appointment with the youth welfare office by e-mail or by post. Please remember to provide a telephone number where the notary can reach you to arrange the notarization appointment.
